I need guidance on starting a Sports committee at my organization. We would be covering around 7000 employees. How do I go about it? The approach, communication, vendors - it should be a top-to-bottom approach and vice versa - it is one of the initiatives in line with employee engagement. Any articles, materials, or presentations would be very useful.

Put a notice on the notice board regarding the formation of the sports committee. Inform the Head of the Department (HOD) as well as all staff members about the sports committee and finalize the criteria for selecting sports members. After selecting the sports committee, organize a sports meeting and let the committee decide the next steps.

Thank you very much! I appreciate it. I have some queries.

Communication through the HRIS system can be done. We have a workforce of 7.5K employees and above across the country. We, sitting at a corporate, need to form a committee and assign roles and responsibilities to members at different zones at the regional and branch levels by designing the calendar for the year.

Resources required? Are there any vendors who can support us in managing such a large number? How can it be linked to CSR activities? Accordingly, the event can be held across locations depending on its feasibility.
