Maharashtra Institute of Labour Studies is the only institute which offers this course. Alternatively, TISS also offers a course under a different name and different syllabus. You need to inquire soon at MILS as the admission forms will be out in the 1st week of May. Exams are in the month of June.

Written: essay + aptitude tests
GD followed by PI
Questions (written) are mostly on GK, current issues, and some basic levels of maths and logic, not that hard. Keep yourself updated on recent happenings of HR and labor laws amendments; this will help you in GD and PI.
P.S: Forms are distributed in the month of May, and exams are in the month of June.
