Power of Positive Thinking In Killing Depression

At times in life there are situations arise, which can result in depression, the biggest enemy of Peaceful LIFE. There is a statement stated by some gentle man that "Man is a creator of his own circumstances, so why to blame?" Depression affects not only our health but also people around us. We need to win over our negative thoughts and bounce back with the more energy, fight with the circumstances and should emerge as winner. There are some of the possible ways to win over situations in our lives.

1) Believe in your own self, your strengths & capabilities.
2) Analysis situation is it really that big that we just can't get rid of.
3) Kick off those ideas, which may distract you from your work & family.
4) Use your depression & anger as the strength within yourself.
5) Fill your mind with more positive thoughts.
6) Always remember that there is still lot more to explore.
7) Push off all negativity, which approaches & bounce back with lot more strength, energy & confidence.
8) Opportunities are always around and waiting for us, we just need to click with the right thing at the right moment.
9) Instead of getting indulge into bad habits, always think about to be more innovative and productive.
10) Instead of concentrating on problems, we should rather think of solution with an open mind.
11) Speak out your thoughts-Spend time with your loved one's & try to speak out your heart & mind (initial step to be out of depression).
12) Your depression can hamper you family peace.
13) Always have faith in your self and believe in that life is not that cruel, what we think as there is always a new hope and every Day comes up with new opportunities.
14) Life always teaches us something. Every good & bad experience helps us in leading our life further.
15) In depression, try to control your emotions such as anger as anger is such a powerful emotion that we are often helplessly consumed by it. No matter how much we try to exercise control and restraint, it comes like a storm and possesses us. We repent later and vow not to be angry again. 16) Take your regressions as a pillar to move ahead in life by learning from your mistakes you have made.

Lastly, meet up life with all new you comprising of confidence, strength, positivity, innovative & creative ideas with a winning over attitude towards life. Depression taken in a right way might be able to discover the hidden abilities in your own self. Don't get defeated by life but try to defeat fate. If you get success just once to win over it will easy for you to face any circumstances. Don't forget it always our prospective towards our life, what we see.

Thanks for the motivating guidance Shweta. I have rather simplified all the above points into a singe word that's rather practical for any individual. It may be hard for a person to remember all the aforesaid points but perhaps everybody can remember this magic word and I think it works wonders.
The Magic word is: C H O I C E
For everything that happens we have a choice except one and only one ocassion and that's DEATH where our choices end. When we have to make choices every day, every moment, we have to talk to ourselves "Is this my choice - then these will be the consequences" Once this habit is formed most of the things that happen will come under our purview and we will be forced to make better choices rather than act out of compulsion or accepting everything blindly.
So, hope everybody remembers this magic word and I'm sure this will help us all to make wise and better choices in life.
