Since I am a new player in the HR world, I would like to suggest that most HR tasks are related to computer systems. If you are considering a long-term course, you can pursue a Diploma in Computer Application. The normal duration of the course is one year, comprising two semesters. If you are looking for a short-term course, then a Certificate in Computer Application with a duration of six months may be more suitable for you. I recommend focusing on Microsoft Office, which includes MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint. I hope this information is helpful for you.
