Dear Seniors,

I would like to know, "what is the difference between a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) firm and a Recruitment Consultancy firm?"

Is it true that an RPO firm has to obtain a different set of permissions from the government to do business compared to a Recruitment Consultancy firm?

Please let me know as I have been told that I cannot receive an incentive for each placement I make because we are an RPO firm, not a recruitment firm. How true is this?
