1. Identify the leadership competencies.
2. Make a questionnaire based on the competencies.
3. Collect data from the interaction circle of the leader, 360-degree feedback, and the leadership would be assessed. This is the most valid tool to assess leadership. Otherwise, psychometric tests are also used to assess, but they are not very valid as they have their limitations.
