English speaking tips
Get over any fear you might have of making mistakes. You will make mistakes.
Be patient with yourself. Learning any language can be frustrating, but frustration won't help you, so let it go.
Grasp every opportunity you have to speak with people in English.
Talk to friends who are also learning English. Go out together for coffee and only speak English to each other!
Read short stories out loud and try to see, say and hear the words to reinforce your memory. Record yourself and play it back later, how does it sound?

Dear Jogeshwar sir,
We youngsters are not here to prove seniors on score range 0-6,
we are here to learn things from seniors but not to prove ourself and there is no need to test younger generation, just we need guidelines from all because there is no fixed path to gain knowledge, knowledge can be gained on al the corners.

The things you have learnt is called knowledge...!! Application of knowledge is called wisdom..!!
Application includes sharing, teaching & making others understand..
So what you want to gain is left to you..
Communication is a two way medium wherein the sender is sending the message and the receiver is understanding the message in the same way the sender is intending to interpret.
Therefore, communication is complete only when the receiver is understanding...!!
So it is necessary to make the receiver understand..!! instead of using complex & technical words called jargons....which takes more time for you to add comments on threads....
