Every month we calculate salary as per the month days but just want to know if we calculated salary by 26 days then deduction also increasing also make the difference on ESI deduction. Kindly Guide which calculation we can refer......
If calculate salary for 31 & monthly salary is 10000/26= per day 384
Suppose Present days is 30 = 10000-384=9616
Gross Salary = 9616
ESI 1.75% = 168
Net Salary Paid =9448
OR
If calculate salary for 31 days & monthly salary is 10000/31= per day 322
Suppose Present days is 30 = 10000-322=9678
Gross Salary = 9678
ESI 1.75% = 169
Net Salary Paid = 9509
