Yes u can do it urself if u have that degree of legal drafting skills. I wish every HR professional could have that.It is highly specialised work. regds anil kaushik

Thanks for ur suggession on this issue.i know the importance of S.O, if i go for certification of S.O then should we communicate to our employees about rules & condition ?what we r going to certified.
i dont know the drafting but still i will try my best becoz i beleive i have tbe best HR professional around me .U know i have so many quaries related to diffirent issues.Plz always keep in touch.

Yes nivedita it is mandatory to have a standing orders.
you can follow model standing orders which are specifies by Employer's Standing Orders Act.
You can adopt some of them with common agreement between management and workers. This is called modified standing orders.

As per U.P.Industrial employment standing Orders Rules, it shall apply to all factories covered under section 2 (m) of factories act 1948 & it is mandatory to certified the same with in six from the first date of production.
