Hi, Am a part of L & D in the IT industry, I wanted to prepare a one-month induction program for the sales manager.
Could you help me out on the same? Pls. advice what should I cover in this one month.

Dear Mythili, rightfully the hiring manager of the sales manager should be preparing the induction program. He is very much well versed on the development need for the sales manager.
I will suggest to get input from the hiring manager on the induction agenda.
Typically his induction schedule should cover among other awareness to products or services being offered. Sales Process. Credit Control Management. Meet with relevant internal stakeholders to understand their role and functional relationship with him. Also he need to spend some time to visit customers.
