I am working in Software company. In our company the working hour is 11 hours per day. According to policy we have Saturday & Sunday as holiday. But management is saying due to work load we have to come on Saturdays. we have to work for 11 hours in Saturday's also.
Kindly help me to find out is it legal or not?
