What is the Provision of Gratuity Payment Calculation in a Death Case?
Example:
One Employee at the age of 35 died due to natural death and his total service in the organization is 1 year, so my question is how many years of Gratuity is payable as per Act? Is it till retirement or a year of service?
Would appreciate it, if you share Legal Act Documents.

If Gratuity Act is applicable to your Establishment, you are liable to Pay 1 Year Gratuity to the Employee who died while in Service..
