The candidate should be P.G / M.B.A.
with 3-4 years of experience in training and development
Exposure at plant level training like six sigma/TPM/5S/Kaizen etc (behavioral & technical)
Age:- 25-30 years[/color]Excellent planner (TNI) & executioner, set high standards.
Will have to take care of both technical and behavioral training needs at
plant level
