Dear all, av been asked to work on an internship program for our company. Can u suggst to me some basic formats used in writing letters of regrets fo the unsuccessful canditates.Please note however, that our applcns are usually not merit based for univ. candidates bt based on the availble openings.

Irrespective of whether it is merrit based or based on available openings, you can state the same message.
