Hi Team, Our NGO does a lot of printing work, and we bleed a lot when making payments to the local vendors for the printing work.
Hence our company has decided to release an RFP (Request for Proposal) to big players in printing industries to get the best possible rates for our requirement of printing.
I have all the printing requirements with me with all the required details.
I need support to draft a detailed RFP for my company and attach the Printing details which needs to be sent to the printing giants.
I request you to please help me with the Draft of the RFP for the same.

Thanks,
Bipin Sharma

Hi,

You can create a template and use it for all Vendors.

In the letter in the first para provide an short introduction about your Company.

Then brief about your requirement. Narrate in brief about the scope of work , your Company's expected specifications etc.

There is no predefined templates for these communications . Some might respond using AI technology. Mere copy and paste of the same might not solve your requirement. So it would be better you try and develop a template and post it here ( if required) for corrections if any.

Dear Bipin Sharma,

If you are an NGO, and you know the volume of the printing requirement, then you do not need to send the Request for Proposal (RFP) but the Request for Quotation (RFQ) will suffice the purpose. To know the difference between an RFP and an RFQ, you may click here.

Thanks,
