As per the Factory Act, provision of Safety Committee formation & subsequent meetings at predefined intervals, it also formation is committee should have equal representation for both sides ( Management + Workmen ). However, can we increase the worker numbers in committee formation so that to enable achieve a number of worker equal to management during every schedule plan meeting?
