Re:PPerformance at Work
Dear Sir/Madam,
I refer to our several conversation concerning your performance at work.
As you are already aware despite close coaching and training you are still unable to deliver the expected output.
Your immediate supervisor who is not agreeable at all with your performance and is looking wants HR to take out the matter.
As such this is a last and final reminder to you on issue of performance and positive attitude.
As we are here to focus on the well being of the organization we regret to inform you that in case you do not improve within a reasonable period of time (2 months) we will have no other alternative to end up your employment contract.
In an effort to promote positive HR Management, please do let us know if there is any obstacles which are creating such unwarranted situation.
We hope that you will prove positive and will not force us to take any decision against your favour.
Yours
Gov
