hello seniors,
i am current;ly pursuing my MBA in HR and have just being selected in the campus interview at TCS BPO. i just wanted to know whether it would be adding to my resume working in a reputed firm like TCS.....or it would be futile as i have heard that the experience of working in a BPO is never counted in future jobs. please guide me.

Be sure, as it will certainly add value in your profile, if you show work experience of TCS.
As there are lot many organisations, who prefers people with corporate exposure and in that case, work ex of TCS will surely give you edge............and in TCS also HR runs lots of employee promotion schemes so there also you have a possibility to shift in HR once you finish your MBA.
