If employee does not wish for pension (service till age of 58 years) - can full PF be withdrawn?

If any employee has completed 10 year of services and continued in service till age of 58 years, then after if he wish not to go for pension can full PF can be withdrawal?

Dear Mr Rakesh Saxena as per your question-can full PF can be withdrawal? yes Employee gets full refund of PF Amount lying in his Account
With regard to EPS(EMPLOYER SHARE @8.33%) he will get Scheme Certificate consequent to completion of 10 Yeras Membership
