Can you help me with a warning mail for coming late to work, but in a polite manner yet stern. The employees work extra hours sometimes hence want it to be polite.

When the employee is flexible on work hours and support beyond office hours then same leninency should be extended to the employee aswell if he/she is not habitual late comer..isn't it?
