Dear Seniors,
Ours is a Internet Service Provider company in Chennai having a work strength of 70 employees. 75% of our work strength is technical and most of such technical strength are recruited as fresher, either through close reference or through Job consultants.
For experienced technical employee recruitment, we are not following any BGC as the numbers are very less, however in 1/2 cases, after employment given, we found the the candidate to be involved in some sorts of fraudulent activities. Also since the number of experienced recruitment is so low, we have not thought of appointing any verification firm for the same.
Now I seek seniors to please suggest a practical & good idea for the same.
Regards

Hi,
Why don't you talk with your HR to conduct background verification for such employees if the employee count is less? HR can send employment verification forms/mails to employee's previous org to seek feedback.
Search CiteHR, you will find many forums on employment verification forms/formats.
Thanks and Regards,
Akash Sharma
