Hi,
I am working in a small size organisation as an HR and Admin from last 6.5 years and I am the only person handling all HR functions including onboarding, training, salary processing, exit formalities, grievances, statutory compliances of company etc. Employee size is 70-80 employees.

Please let me know can I apply in a big company or corporate for higher position in HR with this experience. If yes what designation should be mentioned on CV? My education is Master of commerce.
