Dear Ashish,
Whatever the reason behind the candidates for not atteding the call it is, it is not the right manner to think to ban such candidates. It is nothing but playing with people's life. My sincere request is, think positively about all and go ahead with good ideas which helps to everyone.
All the best

In our nation,we generally have many more candidates than vacancies.
People look for white collar jobs and that too with Government/PSUs with job security.
Blue collar jobs sometimes do not get adequate number of candidates.
With such a situation companies play fast and loose with candidates and vice versa candidates also try and play games or changing jobs with hope of getting better pay.
No one really shows genuine concern to the company -only self interest prevails.
In such a situation only companies which have values and work culture can deal with rejected candidates in a manner that the candidate does not feel bad or loose confidence at rejection.
Question of blacklisting candidates for failure to appear for interview is wrong thought process.
Yes one can make list of candidates who prepare false cv/qualification or hide details but mere failure to appear for interview should be ignored.
