Hi Shikha,
I have gone through the entire conversation and came to a conclusion that this is not such a big issue.
First thing i would like to tell is the bond and the amount you mentioned (Break ups) is not at all valid or payable.
You don't need to worry about this and better consult an good advocate who is dealing with similar cases.
Let him study your appointment letter and even bond. He can send a notice to your client and can get the things done easily.
Better you don't inform all these matters to your new employer which may create a wrong impression on you.
Hope this will be solved soon without any tension for both.

Hi Shikha,
As they are not listening and more over insisting for bond money, the best way to get your experience letter and relieving letter is to send a legal notice to them.
As i told you in my earlier interaction, what they are asking is not valid and more over its illegal. Consult a good advocate who is dealing with similar cases and ask him to send a letter.
Few things i would like to know is,
1) is it an registered indian company?
2) Are you a contract employee of them?
3) How many months you worked in this organisation?
4) regular attendance status of you.
Please let me know this and also send me your company details. Let me check from my side thus i can advice you more on this.
Also if possible, send me the scanned copy of your appointment letter and bond agreement.
You mail to and mark cc to
