Please Give me anyone to guidelines to calculate of Man days and Absenteeism.

Hi,, To calculate mandays, 1.No. of days work in the month Except Weekly off and Paid Holday( declared by company) 2.No. of working days for the month 2.

Dear seniors
I will give one example. Please calculate manpower utilisation in %
Category I work Mandays in month for 31 days 286 mandays
Category II work Mandays in month for 27 (without sundays) 486 mandays
In category I, per day 10 manpower are supposed to deploy for 31 full days
In category II, per day 20 manpower are supploed to deploy for 27 days (sundays not working)
I request to calculate manpower utilisation in %.
The result may in excel sheets.
