The guidelines for drafting a transfer letter can be as under:-
Name, Designation & Department of the employee to be transferred
Subject: Transfer Letter
Dear
Your services are being transferred from__________location to___________ as per terms___ of appointment letter/rules & regulations prevailing in the organization w.e.f. ___________
You have to report on__________(date) and seek the directions of Mr./Ms__________ to execute your responsibilities.
Please signify the copy of this letter in token of your acceptance. Please note that the other & conditions of your appointment letter will remain the same and unchanged.
