Hi,
I was working with one company and resigned before 6 months of completion. I have the PF number and from somewhere i heard that its possible to withdraw the PF even if i didnt complete 6 months of tenure. Just wanted to confirm if it is possible and what forms are to be filled?
Thanks,
SK

Dear Subhash,
You can surely withdraw the PF amount even though you haven't worked for 6 months but you can't withdraw the pension fund amount which is equal to 8.33% of the employers share of contribution.
You need to fill up Form19 for PF withdrawal.
