It is brought to the notice of all employers to kindly note the following ESI instructions for strict compliance.
1. Employees must be registered online on the date of appointment; the online system shall allow maximum 10 days to register the new employee.
2. Contribution against employee should be deposited within the due date i.e. 15th of every month. You shall not be able to deposit contribution online after 42 days from the end date of the contribution period.
It may kindly be noted non-adherence / non-compliance of the above instructions, the employer will be put under unnecessary harassment / legal complications.
As such you are requested to kindly follow above instructions strictly and help us to serve you better, Circular enclosd for the reference.
