Dear Seniors,
I have worked for 3 yrs in a reputed farm and have given resignation in the month of jun.
PLI for FY 12-13 was not released that time. Now it is released and I am being told by quoting some policy letter that I am not eligible for PLI as I am not an employee of the co.
My question is that PLI was for FY 13-14. I become eligible after 01apr . If the co declars late where is my fault?
Shall I fight a legal battle.pse suggest.
regards

PLI means Performance Linked Incentive. You don't have legal recourse as it is the decision of the company to determine your performance. Many companies don't consider PLI for the resigned employees.
