Hello,
actually i am in a problem.i quit my job without serving notice period now i am not getting a experience letter from my company so in that case i want a legal advice. what should i do to get my experience letter.

Dear Dhiraj,
Since you have not completed your full notice period, the employer has rights to hold your Full and Final Settlement and also your Relieving letter and Experience Letter.
In this case, you can just request your employer. In case you file a case against your employer for not issuing your full and final settlement and or relieving / experience letter, the case will come back to you stating that you have not completed your notice period as per the terms mentioned in your Appointment Letter.
So again i suggest you that you follow up with your employer and persuade them to clear your full and final settlement and issue you a experience letter.
