Hi All,
As i mentioned in my previous mail that i am conducting a Bosses survey within the organisation as it becomes increasingly important to gauge the level of satisfaction of our employees with their bosses. It is mostly rightly said that ' employees leave bosses/ managers and not organisation'. The survey is anonymous and confidential.
The employees need to kindly fill the format and put it in the drop box in an envelope with the name of your department only without mentioning their name so that the survey is fearless and confidential.
Kindly let me know your feedback on the same.
