there are several leading organisations who dont maintain daily attendance at all, i have worked with one. why not be one of them.

You can easily make one manual attandence book for the present situation, because if you want to establish a system for it then you have to ask from one IT person who can easily stup for you.

I'm Head HR of organization of 1500 + employees. I understand the pain an HR fraternity people undergo if they have wrong HRMS software. I too had undergone through this pain but just recently got a very good software which has solved all my problems. M able to run all the HR process which till date was dream to me.
