Hi Archu,
No of leaves per year is 15. Check what is the leave calender, is it Jan to Dec or Apr to Mar.
Calcuate leaves as per the calendar. Generally all unavailed EL's are carried forward.
CL and SL that are not availed will Lapse after change in the calender / financial year whatever is applicable in your company.
Let me know if u need more clarification.

Hai Archu,
In most of the organizations unavailed CLs will encashed and SICK LEAVES AND ANNUAL LEAVES will be carried forward. The ALs can be accumulated upto 180 days and Sick leaves upto 100. Leaves over and above 180 will be encahsed automatically and leaves over and above 100 will be lapsed. The employees can encash Earn Leaves after keeping the minimum leaves to their credit

Dear Member,
As per the statement below, rather an employee gets the benefit of Weekly off or not ?
Employee was on leave from 8 to 13 and 7 & 14 is his weekly off so i want to know rather both weekly off is given or only one.
Policy Statement: 1. Either Prefix or suffix with weekly offs is admissible. However, both prefix and suffix with weekly offs will not be admissible.
2. Earned Leaves can be prefixed or suffixed to weekly off and/or paid holidays. Intermittent paid holidays will not be counted as leave. Intermittent weekly off will be counted as leave.
please do needful...
Regards,
Deepak
