Hi Sir,
This issue is some thing which may affect both the employer and the employee.
Reducing of working hours may some time lead to delay in productivity.
it is a benifit for the employee, that they can spend only few hours in the organization.
But we cant reduce their monitay benifits too.
so 8 hours working is the best.
its my suggession ..
