Greetings of the day
Guies I am a little confused as my friend who is working as a staff nurse at a Private Hospital in Bhubaneswar, Odisha and an amount of Rs. 350 per month is deducted for EPF from her salary each month. As she asked me for the category is belongs to, I need your help in this matter. I am unable to tell her the same. Kindly help me.

If your question is reference to her deduction of PF, than please be informed that PF is deducted for each employee drawing monthly salary upto 15,000 and for those drawing above 15,000/-- it is voluntary.
If you want to know on skilled category basis- Staff nurse may be categorized either as highly skilled or skilled.
