Our appropriate govt. is central govt and we are paying central minimum wages to workers. Whether we will deposit the required amount to State Labour Welfare Fund or not?

As regard wages, the Central minimum wages and State Minimum wages differ, certainly when an organisation providing wages adhering to the central labour law they have to adopt the same for the employees and there may no relevant with the state, however, when the wages minimum fixed in according to the state labour act, you should adapt the procedures of the state laws. The NOC and the related laws come into act. Kindly find out the relation of labour and the law that your company follows. I do attach an e-book related to Tamil Nadu for reference which will clear your doubt.
