According to Indian labor laws, there is no fixed percentage for salary components such as basic pay, HRA, DA, conveyance, and other allowances. However, there are certain rules and regulations that employers must adhere to.

The minimum basic pay, as per the Minimum Wages Act, is fixed by the respective State Governments. The HRA percentage is usually a fixed percentage of the basic pay, which may vary from organization to organization.

Similarly, the DA percentage is also not fixed and is usually revised by the Central Government from time to time, depending on the prevailing inflation rates. Conveyance allowances are usually given to employees for commuting to and from work, and the percentage varies from organization to organization.
