Dear All!

Greetings!

A lot has already been said on the subject, but what I think we must consider the situation under which the question was put forth! While facing interviews many a times an interviewee is not ready for such kind of questions & have to look for here & there!

Each one of us have strong and weak areas and we ourselves are the best judge to identify those areas. Further, others with whom we are getting associated on regular basis can also contribute to it. Weak areas vary from individual to individual and similarly the strong areas...Here we are dealing with weak ones...

Some are weak in communicating and the others while facing cameras, crowd, stage...language barriers...and so on! There is a contradictory view over it! According to some we must not bother about our weak points rather we should concentrate more on our strengths to strengthen it further. Others say, we should work on our weak areas to improve it.

My view point in the particular situation is that we must speak truth and tell the areas where we have weaknesses and the interviewer would definitely be impressed by our honesty.

Hope my above submissions would add something to what have already been shared!

Regards

Your weak point to be turned into positive factor. For example if the interviewer asks you what is your weak point, there are few examples.
1. If I see a beggar I will stop for a while and think how best I can help him and immediately I will pay some amount to meet his lunch expenses or if time permits I will take him to hotel and feed him. This is my weakness.
2. If I come across somebody asking for bribe I will seriously think and though I do not pay but atleast I will try my best to tell him it is bad and he should desist from such things.
3 If I see kindergarten students crying after leaving school, and if nobody is there to pacify him, I will make an attempt to first know his problem and make him stop crying.
These are few examples and you can thing some more.................
