Hi All, I'm planning to move into the domain of HR as a IT Recuriter. I currently have an experience of 3+ years as a System Support Engineer. I have done my engineering in Computer science Since I do not have a MBA, I planning to pursue a HR training course from an institute that would update me with current HR trends and the process involved. I'm okay to compromise on the salary part.
I'm worried if this is the right path? Would companies look for candidates without an MBA but having the required skills?
