Hi All, I need to make a Bonus or Incentive policy for employees who participate in different activities like - certification/blog writing, etc.
The bonus will be provided on successful completion of any one activity in a quarter. (Example one employee has created one blog on any technology so suppose yearly bonus amount is Rs 10k he/she will get 20% of the bonus amount and similarly if the employee completed all the activities he/she will get 100% of the amount)
Please suggest some good ideas or format for the same. Thanks & Regards.
