Dear Friends,

Few would have already seen this message. Still ....

Below is a MOST EFFECTIVE 30 second Speech by Bryan Dyson (CEO, Coca Cola)
VERY SHORT, MOST EFFECTIVE AND HOW TRUE...
"Imagine life as a game in which you are juggling some five balls in the air. You name them - Work, Family, Health, Friends and Spirit and you're keeping all of these in the Air.
You will soon understand that work is a rubber ball. If you drop it, it will bounce back.
But the other four Balls - Family, Health, Friends and Spirit - are made of glass. If you drop one of these; they will be irrevocably scuffed, marked, nicked, damaged or even shattered. They will never be the same. You must understand that and strive for it."
WORK EFFICIENTLY DURING OFFICE HOURS AND LEAVE ON TIME. GIVE THE REQUIRED TIME TO YOUR FAMILY, FRIENDS & HAVE PROPER REST.
Wish You A Happy Pongal ( Makara Sankranthi )

The No. of replies will tell you exactly how many treat JOBs as the glass ball and the rest (especially the Family) as rubber ones. The other day i overhead a conversation between three young men who had come back from a early morning cycle ride and were having a cup of tea from the local bakery-the two married ones were questioning the sagacity of getting married as they were not able to devout more time for their jobs and spent time at clinics because of the children.

Fantastic....
He reahced the position of CEO beacuse he thinks like this and most of the people in management get retired by position of one or two rank higher from that rank on which they have recruited because they try to become good manager and the definition of good manger is ; who can take extra work from their juniors without giving them extra penny and rest..
