In death case before 58 year of age( Retirement age)wife will get pension even though PF member didn\'t have 10 years of service. 6500 is maximum sealing for the pension. even though he is having basic above 6500 his (8.33%)calculations will be done on 6500 only.
minor child only will get the pension.

If a PF member already worked for 10 yeas in an organization below 58 and above 50 applied & enjoying the REDUCED PENSION (EARLY PENSION) (section 12b). And he joined another organization worked for some “X” years before 58 years of age he died. Then what type of pension widow will get?
After his Death before 58 years that PF member wife will get “WIDOW/er PENSION”
With the reference to the above case the widow/er has to apply “WIDOW/er PENSION” in that application (10-D {16th column If Pension is being drawn Under E.P.S., 1995}) she/he has to mention the details about already “Receiving Pension (reduced/early pension).
Then the PF authorities club the both pensions and they calculate the WIDOW/er PENSION (as per my knowledge I don’t know those combined calculations) finally they decide the A Final Widow/er pension & they issue that Pension.
