Hello seniors,
I would like to know your views on the following, please advice.
An employee of a co operative society is eligible for PF & gratutity benefits after his superannuation age of 58 years if he is in to extension by the borad resolution ?

If the cooperative society where you have been working is covered by EPF and you have pensionable service of at least 10 years, you will start getting monthly pension on your attaining the age of 58. You can continue to work in the society also. From the date of superannuation you need not contribute to PF.
Regarding Gratuity, if you have eligible service of five years you will get gratuity and the same can be settled at your superannuation. Alternatively, you can be paid gratuity once you are relieved in a future date after the extended service.
