If an employees' basic salary is upto 3.5 lacs in this case individual is entitle for grautity or not ?

I myself am a strong propogator of the ASTD principles, especially ADDIE. Having being certified as a facilitator by ASTD, there are some amazing research material and very good resources in the field of Learning and development.
