Gotcha
I need some help or input as I am at a loss at the moment.
I need to put in Key performance area's for an IT technician/Admin/Helpdesk.
I have no idea and any help would be highly appreciated. As we don't have a "fixed" day. Like say if I do invoicing. Everyday is different for us.
