I worked with a private school for two years and they kept my covid dues with my security deposit as well. First they harassed and then they threatened me on several occasions . I would like to know what rulings are required to put these private institutions to justice in the matter of non payment of salary. What are the covid guidelines for payment of wages to teaching faculty?

On matters concerning payment of wages of teachers in (private) schools not aided by the government, you can approach the Labour department. At the same time, for service matters you can approach the District Education Officer. When a complaint is initiated against the school, therefore, it is better you keep DEO also in to loop.
