Hi,
I have an employee who has completed 6 yrs in the organisation and now management has decided to send him on work visa to UK office. The department head has a query asking instead of doing his F&F, can we keep the employee code on hold and once he is back from UK post 2-3 yrs, we give him the same Employee code.
Request suggestions on the same.
