Hi All, If the employee follows the calendar of a foreign client, is it still mandatory to allow them to take Republic Day (26 Jan) and Independence Day (15 Aug) holidays?

Hi, Yes declaring holiday on National Holiday is mandatory. The Company might follow calendar of foreign client but Company is situated in India.
