I was an employee of and research institute. I submitted my resignation letter one month back . But they have not replied to that mail. I have settled my dues with that company. Only dues is that I had taken some advance when I was travelling abroad and that I have submitted document for that. But they are delaying clearing that bill. They are not paying me for last three month. what should I do? Should I go and join the new company without bothering about that or should I wait for their response. But its getting too late and I cant wait for long
