Dear All,
In our company has been decided to give best employee of the years -2016 award. Two employees has selected for award. However we need to evaluate best employee on the basis of performance and attendance. One employee is coming on regular basis, but his performance is average. He has taken 10 leave till Oct-2016. On the side second employee has take 15 leave till Oct-2016, but his performance outstanding. So as per your opinion which employee best for award. Please advise me with specific example as earliest.
